So you're ready to take your road cycling training to the next level and you want to start utilising the gym? This is probably one of the best decisions you're going to make. 
Strength and conditioning is a key element to improving performance and limiting injury risk. That being said it's extremely important it's done safely.
If you go from zero to hero in the gym you will pay for it in the form of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and possible injuries. That is why we have put together a twice per week, 4 week cycle for you to follow. This will prepare your body for what's to come in the gym and will also start to pay dividends when you're out on the road bike.
